Stokes 526-1 R4 Tablet Compacting Press, 20 Ton, single station, mechanical, dual motion, air clutch, 2 5/8″ maximum depth of fill, 3″ maximum part diameter, 7 1/2 ton ejection, powder hopper, bronze feed shoe.  Stokes R4 Presses are excellent for compacting powders such as powdered metal, ceramic, and various chemicals.  The capabilities of the Stokes R4 Press give you the ability to press larger compacts or tablets.  Tablets of up to 3″ diameter are possible.  These rugged Stokes R4 Presses are a specialty of Detroit Process Machinery and we make new, replacement parts for these machines.
