Lancaster Mixer Model LWD, counter current pan style mixer, stainless steel pan and tools, 5/8 cubic foot, 5 gallon or 65 lbs. working batch capacity, removable pan, 1 hp motor, pan is 18″ diameter x 8 1/2″ deep. Machine has stainless steel moving swivel tool with teflon inserts, stainless steel stationary pan scraper with teflon insert, removable bowl.
Note: Mixer was set up and used without optional muller wheel.
