Detroit Process Machinery offers one used LNPE Powder Equipment Model LNIST-45A Pulverization and Classification System, Serial Number 20180306, Inventory Number DPM . The LNIST-45A is an ultrafine powder production line integrating pulverization, classification, and collection of powder. It is also suitable for production of ultra-fine powder and spherification of battery cathode materials such as artificial graphite, natural graphite, petroleum coke, etc.

Major Parts of the System in Order of Process Flow:
-Feeding System with stainless steel hopper bin and screw feeder for continuous feeding of system. Feeding amount is controlled by motor frequency of screw feeder.

-Impact Mill, which is composed on grinding wheel, hammer head, grinding track and barrel body. When operating the material between hammer head and grinding track recieve strong impact, friction and shear for crushing.

-Turbine Air Classifier consists of motor, classification wheel, and classification tank. These work through adjusting both revolving speed of classification wheel and control of secondary air.

-Cylcone Collector for collecting solid particles or droplets

-Cartridge Collector with filter mainly sed for collecting final product and dust collection

-Blower is the power source for efficiently running the complete system

-Discharge System is two butterfly valve dischages into stainless steel containers attached.

-Temperature Control System through heat exchanger hooked up to the provided chiller to cool air output from blower system

-Control panel with Touch Screen and PLC
