Per manufacturer: "The GA-32 sprays your solution in minute droplets which are instantaneously heated without exposing it to excessively high temperatures, therefore, samples whic are susceptible to extreme heat are not damaged. Furthermore these particles are free from contamination, contain little or no water, and are free from oxidation. Samples are dried and transformed into a uniform fine powder of amorphous form, so both its solubility and reactivity are extremely high in comparison to crystal.
