Baker Perkins lab double arm sigma mixer, stainless steel, jacketed, vacuum port in cover, mix chamber is 5 3/8" w x 5 1/4" front to back x 4" deep, manual tilt, start/stop palm buttons, top cover with sight glass, 1 hp motor operating at 208 volt, 3 phase, 60 hertz.
This mixer will be cleaned, run and checked out prior to shipping.
