Detroit Process Machinery offers one used Harper Electric Belt Furnace Kiln, Mod HOU-6145-MB-28, Serial Number AU003, Inventory Number DPM-1135. This 1995 unit features 1500 C/2732 F maximum operating temperature, alumina muffle, 5" wide belt, inside over-belt-height of 5", 48" long hot zone, composite belt design, belt roller drive which provides a speed of approximately 2 1/2" per minute, 6 independent control zones, Silicon Carbide heating elements, 480 volt, 3 phase, 60 hertz electric with 27 KW rating, Barber Colman 560 Zone Controllers, Overtemp Protection controls, 46" high belt height, free standing electrical panel with all controls. Overall footprint of furnace is 120" long x 40" wide x 68" high. This furnace is designed to operate in air and was previously used in a pre-sinter application for alumina ceramic components. Full operating manual with prints is included.
