Electric 1500 C Model HOU-6140-MB-28-SP Belt Kiln Furnace
Detroit Process Machiner offers one used Harper Electric Belt Furnace Kiln, Model HOU-6140-MB-28-SP, Serial Number AMO31, Inventory Number DPM-1134. This 1989 unit features an operating temperature of 1500 C/2732 F, Silicon Carbide heating elements (Quantity of 24) 3-zones, approximately 44" long hot zone, 5" wide composite material belt design, 4 1/2" high over-belt inside dimension, approximate belt speed of 2 1/2" per minute, (3) 9 KVA Transformer setup with 480 volt, 3 phase, 60 hertz electrical, primary full load current of 32 amps, controls mounted on furnace base featuring digital programmers for each zone, 46" high belt height, 16" entrance before hot zone, 13.75" exit after hot zone. This furnace is designed for operation in air and was previously used to pre-sinter alumina ceramic parts. Operating manua with prints is included. Overall dimensions of unit are 65" long x 40"wide x 68"high.
